Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting in London is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, and to partner with senior commercial and operations leaders to drive profitability and growth.

You will build and develop the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering teams, oversee P&L analysis, and deliver insightful management reporting for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Significant FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and P&L analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience improving reporting processes.
• Experience supporting tenders, pricing and strategic business decisions would be advantageous.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of FP&A to join an international supply chain business based in Central London.

This is a senior, commercially focused role overseeing the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering functions. You will lead a team responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and commercial analysis, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

The Role

As Head of FP&A, you will take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, providing clear insight into business performance, revenue, margins and profitability.
