Job summary

Invenire Group in London seeks a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to lead a high-performing business partnering function. You will drive the commercial finance agenda, partner with C-suite leaders, and support sustainable growth through resource allocation and strategic decision-making.

You will own forecasting, modelling and KPI development while guiding workforce planning and organisational design for international expansion. A strong ACA/ACCA/CIMA background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial finance or FP&A leader with strategic partnership to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical capability with commercial curiosity and willingness to challenge senior decision-makers.
• Experience managing significant budgets, complex workforce planning and financial modelling in high-growth tech/FinTech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial finance and business partnering agenda across a broad portfolio of functions, providing strategic insight and decision support.
• Partner with senior executives to shape business plans, investment decisions and long-term strategy using financial/data-driven recommendations.
• Own Opex planning, forecasting and performance management, ensuring costs align with priorities.
