Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive planning, budgeting and management reporting across the UK and US markets. You will own the end-to-end reporting cycle, build robust driver-based models and partner with regional directors to explain levers behind the numbers.

You’ll automate workflows using BI tools, ensure data accuracy across systems and document processes. A numerate degree or accounting qualification is required, with 3+ years in a similar role in fast-growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or analytical roles with budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; building integrated models from scratch.
• BI tools and coding languages are beneficial but not required.
• Degree in a numerate subject or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), in progress or completed.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly management reports end to end.
• Automate manual reports for speed, consistency and automation.
• Write commentary explaining movements and recommended actions.
• Play a central role in annual budgets and termly reforecasts across UK and US.
• Build driver-based models for revenue, headcount and costs.
• Run variance analysis and provide leadership with clear insights.
• Partner with Regional Directors and commercial leads on performance levers.
• Lead analyses on unit economics, marketing ROI and regional performance.
• Support pricing decisions with cost-benefit analysis.
• Improve finance stack with Abacum, Xero, Hibob, Pleo and BI tools; fix data at source.
