Zenobe Energy Limited in the UK is seeking a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in London. You will translate analysis into action, support decision-making at the highest levels and partner with leadership across the business.

You will work with operations, business development and finance to shape long-term plans, scenario planning and capital allocation while contributing to growth initiatives across global markets.

Formación

• Experience working in FP&A or a commercially analytical role (typically ~5+ years).
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret data and generate insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across senior levels.
• Experience mentoring and leading part of a finance team.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: support long-term planning, scenario planning and capital allocation.
• Business Partnering: provide clear insight and challenge to leadership, translate analysis into recommendations.
• Process & Tool Enhancement: improve FP&A processes, ensure robust analysis and use of the operating model.
• Leadership & Collaboration: mentor juniors and align finance with business needs.
• Health and Safety: promote wellbeing and sustainability in daily responsibilities.
