Job summary

MyEdSpace is seeking a Finance Analyst for our London office to join a lean finance team and partner with leadership, the board and investors. You’ll manage month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, while supporting audit, statutory reporting and automation initiatives.

The role offers exposure to executives, scope to evolve the financial model, and the chance to drive financial performance in a fast-growing edtech business.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in financial statements and reporting.
• 1–3 years at Big 4 or finance team; part qualified ACA/ACCA.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with financial modelling ability.
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Run month-end close and deliver management accounts for stakeholders.
• Maintain budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes.
• Analyse costs and performance against plan with insights.
• Own finance operations from payroll to payments.
• Support year-end audit, statutory reporting and compliance calendar.
• Prepare materials for board/investors and evolve the financial model.
