Job summary

Zen Educate is hiring an FP&A Analyst/Business Partner in London. You will own core reporting, drive budgeting and reforecast cycles, and act as the finance partner for Regional Directors. The role focuses on automation, data quality, and insightful commentary to influence strategic decisions.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with stakeholders across the UK and US while helping deliver measurable impact for schools and teachers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or analytical roles with budgeting and month-end reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; BI tools helpful but not required.
• A numerate degree or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own core weekly and monthly management reports end to end.
• Lead annual budget and termly reforecasts across UK and US schools.
• Partner with Regional Directors and commercial leads on performance levers.
• Improve the finance stack with automation and data quality across systems.
