Job summary

Atkinson Moss Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the business.

You will work with the Finance team and operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight, helping the business understand performance, identify trends and make informed decisions. This role offers the chance to contribute beyond the numbers and support business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and commercial finance is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyse financial data and identify trends.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
• Assist with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyse assumptions, identify risks and highlight opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyse performance vs budget/forecast.
• Identify variances and explain key financial drivers.
• Develop reports, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility of business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
• Provide analysis to help improve performance and control costs.
• Assist with business cases, investment appraisals and ad hoc commercial projects.
• Develop financial models and undertake scenario analysis.
• Seek opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and processes.
• Contribute to a more commercially focused Finance function.
