Job summary

The Consultancy Group (London) is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its London-based finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will help drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting to support strategic growth.

You'll work with senior stakeholders across regions, delivering insights, performance analysis and recommendations to enhance decision-making while building a scalable FP&A function for a fast-growing fintech business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate regional and functional forecasts into a group-wide view.
• Produce monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with finance and operational teams on headcount, cost and investment planning.
• Improve reporting processes, automation and data quality across the finance function.
• Support board, leadership and investor reporting where required.

A fast-growing international financial technology business is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its London-based finance team.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will play a key part in supporting business growth through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, helping drive commercial decision-making while contributing to the development of a scalable FP&A function.

Opportunity for promotion to Manager after 18 months

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate regional and functional forecasts into a group-wide view.

About You

• Experience with automation, AI, BI tools or finance systems is advantageous.
