Atkinson Moss Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function and work closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance.

You will oversee reporting, budgeting and forecasting while leading a team to ensure robust financial control and informed decision-making. This hands-on leadership role offers ownership of manufacturing finance, development of the team and collaboration with the wider business to improve both financial and operational

Formación

• Experience in financial reporting and planning across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Strong governance, controls and balance sheet management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly management accounts process with accurate reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage and develop the manufacturing finance team.
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls and governance.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor performance, costs and KPIs.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Partner with data teams to strengthen business insight and decision-making.
