Atkinson Moss Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the business.

You will work closely with the Finance team and operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight, helping the business understand performance and identify trends. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers and contributing to business performance, with responsibilities

Competenze

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to analyse variance and identify drivers.

Mansioni

• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
• Assist with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyse assumptions, identify risks and highlight potential opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyse performance against budget and forecast.
• Investigate variances, identify trends and explain key financial drivers.
• Develop reports, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility of business performance.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to support financial decision-making.
• Provide analysis and insight to help improve performance and control costs.
• Support business cases, investment appraisals and ad hoc commercial projects.
• Develop financial models and undertake scenario analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and processes.
• Support the ongoing development of a more commercially focused Finance function.
