Job summary

Responsibilities include leading financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring robust controls and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates substantial experience in financial management within similar sectors, preferably multi-unit businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across group businesses.
• Assist Board with forecasts, strategic planning and business modelling for new opportunities.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitor performance and analyse variances for future forecasts.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including tax and regulation, and develop robust policies and controls.
