Job summary

The Niche Partnership is seeking a Financial Controller for a growing services organisation. You will bring clarity to the numbers, lead the finance team, and drive month-end processes while supporting growth through acquisitions.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with 25 days holiday and product discounts. You\u2019ll have the chance to develop M&A skills and progress toward Finance Director.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller)
• All round finance experience
• Comfortable with change and process improvement
• Ability to make a difference and drive progression

Responsibilities

• Bringing insight and narrative to financial reporting, telling the story behind the numbers
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Overseeing month-end processes, including review and detailed analysis
• Rebuilding and improving cashflow forecasting, with monthly reforecasts and granular detail
• Identifying profitable service lines and providing board-level detail
• Managing intercompany loans and trading company pinch points
• Driving efficiencies and process improvements across finance operations
• Reviewing and developing processes
• Conducting regular 121s with the team and supporting longer-term growth plans
