• Experience implementing financial controls and driving efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across all group businesses
• Assist the Board and Managing Directors with forecasts, strategic planning, and business modelling for new opportunities
• Oversee budget preparation, monitor performance, and analyse variances to inform forecasts
• Ensure statutory compliance, including tax requirements and regulatory adherence, while developing robust policies and controls
