Fairhive Homes Limited is seeking a Financial Services Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract to lead two management functions within Finance and Resources. You will oversee key financial operations, strengthening controls, cash flow, payroll governance, tax compliance, rent accounting, creditor payments and statutory reporting.

You will also help develop the Financial Services team, co-managing staff and supporting the Housing Management Project budget while balancing strategic and hands-on

Formación

• Significant experience in financial services, accounting or finance operations.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring integrity of income, payments and accounting systems.
• Maintain robust financial controls, cash flow management and payroll governance.
• Support tax compliance, rent accounting, creditor payments and statutory reporting.
• Lead and develop the Financial Services team and co-manage staff.
• Support delivery of project objectives linked to the Housing Management Project budget.
