Harron Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Group finance function. You will own financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow across two regional operations and act as a trusted partner to senior operational teams.

You will lead and develop the Management Accountant team, drive improvements in forecasting models and financial controls, and challenge commercial assumptions to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong experience in financial control, management accounting, forecasting and commercial finance.
• Experience leading and developing a small finance team.
• Proven ability to partner with senior operational teams and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projection skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly close, ensure deadlines met and provide analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Own regional cash flow packs and site cash flows with operational teams.
• Drive budgeting, reforecasting and forecasting model improvements across regions.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, tax matters and external audits.
• Develop financial controls and COINS/process improvements across the group.
