Harron Homes Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide strong financial oversight across two regions and act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational teams.

The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and business partnering while managing the Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a fast-paced, project-driven housing business.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience as Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
• Experience leading a small finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in housebuilding/construction desirable.
• Proficiency with VAT, CIS, PAYE and statutory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end reporting with deadlines.
• Review monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and material movements.
• Review journals, provisions, accruals, and estimates.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Ensure consistent accounting treatments and controls across regions.
• Lead financial control improvements across the business.
• Collaborate with regional teams on site cash flows and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
• Assist with banking, covenants, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with Directors and operational teams on commercial decisions.
