Job summary

Alten Ltd is seeking a Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead the FP&A function in London. You will own the P&L from turnover to contribution, drive business partnering standards, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

You will lead a team of four Finance Business Partners, govern budgets and forecasts, and deliver insightful financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders across ALTEN UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with post‑qualification track record.
• 8+ years in finance business partnering with demonstrated people management.
• Strong financial modelling and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Business Partnering department to influence commercial strategy and profitability.
• Own monthly P&L for ALTEN UK group and drive forecasting accuracy.
• Manage a team of four Finance Business Partners and mentor performance.
