Job summary
T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a multi-site division and report to the Head of Commercial Finance. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting operational decision making, budgeting and driving profit across locations while liaising with a central finance team.

Qualifications
- Must have experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role in a multi-site, multi-P&L environment.
- Qualified accountant or studying towards a recognised qualification or QBE with relevant experience.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead month-end financial reviews, providing insight into performance, variances, risks and opportunities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.
- Analyse contractual fee rates and identify opportunities to improve income and ensure services are appropriately funded.
- Support commissioner negotiations, contract renewals, tenders and new business opportunities.
- Provide commercial insight to help deliver sustainable financial performance.
