• Qualified accountant or studying towards a recognised qualification or QBE with relevant experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead month-end financial reviews, providing insight into performance, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Analyse contractual fee rates and identify opportunities to improve income and ensure services are appropriately funded.

T2M resourcing is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a successful major group. As Finance Business Partner you will report to the Head of Commercial Finance with responsibility for a multi-site division. This is a fast-moving business, and we seek a qualified accountant who thrives in an environment where you will be directly supporting the business operations (Finance Business Partnering) to achieve the budgeted profit for each location and as a region. Whilst accounts preparation and finance transaction processes are managed by a central shared services finance team, this is very much a “hands on” role where you will fully utilise your technical accounting skills and commercial acumen to the full.

• Salary £55,000 + Car Allowance £5200 + Bonus
• Remote Based Role with some travel

What will you be doing?

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous
