Job summary

AIM Fresh Resourcing Partners Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support multi-site operational and commercial performance. You will drive FP&A, partner with senior management, and lead two Finance Business Partners to deliver actionable financial insights.

You will analyse by site, customer and product, optimise labour planning, monitor costs, and develop Power BI dashboards to improve decision-making and margin performance. Travel between Kent locations is required.

Qualifications

Senior FP&A and business partnering experience in a product-based environment.
Advanced Excel with financial modelling and reporting.
Strong Power BI experience for dashboards and MI.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior operational teams to review performance and guide decisions.
Analyse performance by site, customer and product to spot trends and risks.
Review labour planning and operational data to improve efficiency.
Monitor costs and ensure forecasts reflect movements.
Identify opportunities to improve cost recovery and protect margin.
Develop Power BI dashboards and management information.
Lead and develop two Finance Business Partners.
