T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for a Midlands-based, hybrid role in the United Kingdom. You will partner with the Managing Director and Operations Directors across multiple sites to drive profitability.

The successful candidate will have fully qualified accountant status and a track record of influencing C-suite and senior management with actionable financial insights. The role requires travel and flexibility.

• Experience in multisite operations across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Construction or Logistics.
• Ability to analyse big data to identify what matters and act quickly.
