Job summary

T2M Resourcing is recruiting a Finance Business Partner – Insights & Analytics in the West Midlands. The role partners with the Senior Leadership & Executive teams to produce high-quality business analysis and commercial insights that drive key decisions to optimise performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree or master’s level or equivalent.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across finance, commercial and leadership teams.
Experience in Power BI, data analysis and translating data into commercial insight.
Experience with pricing, product, customer, sales and financial data; understanding margins and competitiveness.
Ability to interpret external market trends and industry movement.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Produce and explain high-quality business analysis and commercial insights for the Senior Leadership & Executive team.
Partner with Senior Leadership to enable key decisions that optimise performance.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable stories to challenge performance and drive strategic decisions.
Drive the use of insight across commercial teams and track trends, risks and opportunities.
