Job summary

Ampa is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team, focusing on IT/Technology cost analysis and commercial decision support. You will partner with IT leaders and operations to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Reporting to the FP&A and AGS Finance Manager, you will build financial models, drive budgets and forecasts, and influence strategic choices while maintaining governance across the technology cost base.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Demonstrable commercial mind-set in a similar role.
• High-level Excel skills with ability to build financial models.
• Comfortable working across multiple IT platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter, commercially aware, able to work strategically and operationally.
• Able to prioritise workload with senior stakeholders.
• Flexible in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly results and run finance meetings with IT leaders.
• Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support initiatives and investments.
• Support governance, controls and cost management across the IT cost base.
