Job summary

Aptia Group is seeking a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support Technology and Transformation functions in London. You will translate financial data into meaningful insights, partner with senior stakeholders and drive planning, forecasting and investment decisions.

This hybrid role requires 3-4 days in the London office. You will build financial models, deliver monthly performance reporting, support month-end processes and develop dashboards to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering roles.
• Experience in a carve-out, PE-backed, or high-change environment is highly desirable.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes for Technology function.
• Delivering insightful monthly performance reporting, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.
• Analysing operating and project expenditure to ensure effective cost management and financial control.
• Partnering with Technology leaders to understand financial performance and support informed decision-making.
• Tracking strategic investment and transformation programme spend against approved business cases.
• Supporting month-end activities, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Developing reporting and dashboards that improve visibility of costs, performance and value delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and the quality of financial insight.
