Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance division, closely collaborating with IT/Technology teams. You will report to the FP&A and AGS Finance Manager and work with the IT Director and COO to provide insightful financial analysis of the technology cost base to support commercial decisions.

You will be the trusted partner for IT teams, developing cost models, delivering budgeting and forecasting, and supporting M&A cost integration.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist with commercial finance experience.
• Demonstrable experience with a commercial mind-set in a similar role.
• High-level Excel skills with ability to create financial models and communicate results.
• Comfortable working across multiple IT platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts and lead monthly IT finance meetings.
• Identify key financial trends, risks and opportunities to influence decision making.
• Develop cost models and evaluate business cases for ROI-driven initiatives.
• Support integration of cost base arising from M&A activity into core processes.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to other areas of Finance.
