Job summary

T2M Resourcing Ltd is looking for a Head of Analytics & Business Insights to join a major company on a hybrid basis in the West Midlands. Salary up to £80K plus benefits, partnering with the Senior Leadership & Executive team to shape commercial insights.

You will produce and explain high-quality business analysis that enables senior leaders to optimise margin, competitiveness and customer value by translating data into compelling stories and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters level or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior teams.
• Experience with Power BI and translating data into commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Produce and explain high-quality business analysis and commercial insights for senior leaders.
• Partner with the SLT to drive decisions that optimise performance and margin.
• Create business dashboards and presentations to drive action across commercial teams.
