Job summary

RECfinancial, a growing business, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its finance function in the UK. The role suits candidates in Leicester and surrounding areas, offering commercially focused leadership and strategic financial insight to support decision making.

You will oversee margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and board reporting, and will manage one direct report. Suitable candidates include those pursuing CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates studying towards or qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA will be considered.
• Driven qualified-by-experience professionals aiming for commercially focused leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review management accounts with commercial insight to support board decisions.
• Deliver margin and profitability analysis and identify value-adding opportunities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and provide board-level reporting.
• Support cash flow, working capital, and operational performance with senior leadership.
• Manage and develop one direct report.
