EMR Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across operations, commercial and logistics in the Midlands & South West. You will provide insights, challenge and commercial guidance to support decisions and sustainable growth.

This hands-on role combines commercial partnering with operational ownership, focusing on data, systems and financial insight to maximise performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, forecasting and business partnering.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and financial information.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail.
• CIMA or equivalent professional qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to operational, commercial and logistics teams.
• Own key reporting and analysis; review data and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Forecasting, budgeting and month-end processes.
• Produce management information at depot, area and regional level with clear commentary.
• Oversee integrity of stock, production and transactional processes; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business improvement teams to enhance systems and controls.
• Provide training and guidance to teams for better decision-making.
