Chase & Holland are recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a Doncaster-based role. You will work with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge performance and support both short-term decisions and long-term planning in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), a salary up to £55,000 plus a bonus up to 10%, and enhanced benefits including private medical insurance and life assurance.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills, with commercial insight.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with senior finance and operational stakeholders.
• Provide financial insight, challenge performance and support decisions.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for opportunities.
• Prepare management information and variance analysis for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business drivers and opportunities.
• Evaluate commercial projects and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting, processes and controls.
