Chase & Holland are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner in Doncaster. You will join a fast-paced organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge performance and support both short-term decisions and longer-term strategy.

The role combines financial planning, commercial analysis and business partnering to identify opportunities, evaluate business cases and drive continuous improvement within a hybrid, full-time environment.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in commercially focused Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or FP&A
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially astute, proactive with a focus on improving business performance

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with senior finance and operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge
• Analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals and business cases
• Prepare insightful management information and variance analysis for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand drivers and identify improvements
• Evaluate commercial projects and conduct post-implementation reviews
• Contribute to improvements in financial reporting and controls
