Job summary

The CFO HQ is recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner in Doncaster. This hybrid role works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis, challenge performance, and help shape strategic decisions. You’ll combine planning, modelling and commercial insight to drive business value.

Ideal candidates are fully qualified accountants with strong FP&A experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to partner across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in finance business partnering, management accounting or FP&A
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-focused

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior finance and operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning with robust information.
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals and business cases for opportunities.
• Present management information, variance analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations to understand drivers and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Contribute to project evaluations and post-implementation reviews.
