Chase & Holland are recruiting a Commercial Finance Business Partner in Doncaster. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in office) with a salary up to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, support performance and influence strategic decisions across a fast-paced, multi-site operation. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills, plus excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in commercially focused Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or FP&A, ideally in retail or fast-paced multi-site environments.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-focused to improve business performance.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with senior finance and operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and constructive challenge.
• Analyse performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning with robust information.
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals and business cases for opportunities.
• Prepare insightful management information and variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations to understand key business drivers and identify improvements.
• Evaluate commercial projects and post-implementation reviews to assess performance.
• Contribute to improvements in financial reporting, processes and controls.
