• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Excellent Excel & IT skills - SAP experience preferable.

• High competence and computational accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance business partner for High-Performance Powertrains, Customer Teams and on-site Technical Services functions.
• Build relationships with departmental leaders and be a trusted advisor on strategic and operational decisions.
• Provide financial challenge, commercial insight and robust business cases to support investments.
• Influence decision-making through clear analysis of financial and commercial performance.
• Support evaluation of new customer opportunities, proposals and strategic initiatives with robust modelling.
• Review project pricing to optimise profit margins.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across partner functions.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reporting in line with business needs.
• Ensure strong financial governance, controls and compliance.
• Partner with Financial Accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop a direct report(s) and junior team members.
