Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.
• Experience in capital expenditure planning and investment appraisal.
• Understanding of management information systems; strong system skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to Operational and Technical leaders, providing robust financial support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for operating expenditure across departments.
• Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support decision-making through scenario modelling and investment appraisals.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting for designated departments.
• Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support compliance with Formula 1 financial regulations and cost cap requirements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and operations for resource deployment and commercial decisions.
• Contribute to wider finance projects and process improvements.
