Job summary

Alpine Formula 1 Team is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Operations and Technical functions in a fast-paced F1 environment. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, drive performance and enable strategic decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Opex; perform scenario modelling, investment appraisals and capital expenditure planning; and ensure compliance with cost caps and financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or finalist with relevant experience.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in capital expenditure planning and investment appraisal.
• Familiar with modern management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to Operational and Technical leaders, providing financial support and challenge.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for operating expenditures across departments.
• Deliver analysis of financial performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Support decision-making through scenario modelling and investment appraisals.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting for designated departments.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Formula 1 financial regulations and cost cap requirements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and stakeholders for resource deployment and decision-making.
• Contribute to wider finance projects and process improvements.
