Briggs Equipment Group in Cannock is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with stakeholders to provide commercial insight, drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires professional accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE, strong financial modelling, and advanced reporting skills using Excel, Power BI and SQL. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with significant finance experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial information for stakeholders.
• Experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight into business performance and identify opportunities.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet and KPIs to drive better outcomes.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools with Power BI for automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to support decision-making and performance management.
• Support the Business Partnering Manager with additional commercial analysis.
