Job summary

Health Economics and Outcomes Research LTD is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for our growing consultancy in the UK. You will work with the CFO and leaders to influence sales, pricing, forecasting, capacity planning and performance across the business.

You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with operational teams and driving profitability through robust financial modelling, budgeting and scenario planning. Hybrid working with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance roles.
• Ability to collaborate with operational/commercial teams to improve profitability.
• Strong forecasting, modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with pricing, tenders or contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead revenue and sales forecasting activities with clear visibility of performance.
• Support tenders, pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions and performance.
• Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
• Conduct scenario planning to support business growth.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on capacity planning.
• Support Board reporting and strategic planning.
• Lead adoption of Power BI across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and reporting.
