Job summary

Savant Recruitment is seeking a Finance Business Partner in the United Kingdom to influence commercial decisions, drive profitability and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting, analyse revenue and costs, and support pricing and strategic investments while guiding junior colleagues and developing leadership skills. This role offers a path to leadership within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with budgeting, forecasting and modelling.
• Advanced Excel and confidence with financial systems.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with drive for continuous improvement and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and challenge assumptions.
• Analyse revenue, margins, profitability, rebates and operating costs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
• Support pricing, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter reporting.
• Support junior colleagues while developing your own leadership skills.
