Job summary

Health Economics and Outcomes Research LTD is seeking a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance leadership team. You will partner with operational leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability and performance, while shaping pricing strategies and tender approaches.

You will develop financial models, lead budgets and rolling forecasts, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance.
Experience partnering with operational/commercial teams to improve profitability.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytic skills.
Experience supporting pricing, tenders or negotiations.

Responsibilities

Partner with operational leaders to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Lead revenue and sales forecasting with clear visibility of performance and opportunities.
Support tenders, contract negotiations and client pricing strategies.
Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
Conduct scenario planning and provide recommendations to support growth.
Collaborate with HR and operations on resource planning and capacity management.
Support Board reporting and strategic planning activities.
Lead adoption of Power BI across the business.
Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and reporting.
Act as a trusted partner to colleagues across the organisation.
