Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning/reporting systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with practical business insights.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, FMCG or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to pricing, marketing investment analysis or commercial decision support.
• Experience working within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders.
• Delivering budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Providing insightful analysis of performance, trends and risks.
• Supporting decision-making through financial modelling and business case development.
• Driving improvements in reporting, planning and financial processes.
• Monitoring KPI performance and identifying profitability opportunities.
• Partnering with sales, marketing and operational teams to evaluate investment decisions.
• Supporting month-end activities and management reporting processes.
• Contributing to strategic projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
