Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance & Data Administrator to join the Destination team in Southampton. You will support the Finance & Data Manager with data and financial management, budgeting, reporting and KPI analysis to ensure accurate accounts for the Destination.

The role requires solid administration and finance experience, familiarity with service charge budgets, and the ability to produce timely reports. You will work with the management team to maintain high standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in administration.
• UK AAT or A level standard.
• Third level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Admin of service charge budgets and reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial reports by deadlines.
• Manage car park budget and KPI reporting.
• Support year-end processes and audits.
• Maintain H&S compliance and incident reporting.
• Attend meetings and provide timely reports.
• Liaise with client and management teams.
