Job summary

JLL's Destination is seeking a Finance & Data Administrator to support administration, data management, and financial reporting for the Destination. You will work with the Finance & Data Manager and Management Team to compile KPI data and drive efficient operations at the Destination.

Key duties include administering service charge and car park budgets, generating financial reports to deadlines, and maintaining data systems such as Proactis and CAFM/SharePoint while supporting audits and safety

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience of Administration.
• AAT or A level standard (UK).
• Knowledge of GDPR.
• Excellent IT literacy including Excel.
• Effective communicator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer service charge budgets and produce accurate financial reports to deadlines.
• Administer car park budgets and report on financial performance with senior management.
• Deliver monthly expenditure reporting and process invoices.
• Maintain Proactis, footfall and car park information systems to support timely accounts.
• Prepare and present reports to the Destination Director and Client.
• Support year-end processes and audit documentation.
