Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a UK&I Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end strategic procurement for data centre clients. You will drive supplier strategy, manage SOWs, and own RFP processes, while aligning with client priorities and JLL’s wider S&P strategy.

You’ll deliver measurable savings, monitor performance, and maintain contract compliance across 95%+ adherence. Travel to data centres and offices worldwide as required.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement and supplier management experience, preferably in data centres or hard services.
• MCIPS qualification or working toward chartership desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Jaggaer or equivalent procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement the procurement strategy set out by the Procurement Lead to support client needs and data centre requirements.
• Create and execute client Sourcing Plans aligned with priorities and S&P strategy.
• Own contract compliance with 95%+ adherence to negotiated service contracts.
• Deliver savings targets through strategic sourcing, tenders, and supplier negotiations with accurate tracking.
• Lead annual supplier pricing forecasts to support client budget planning.
• Develop the supply chain to meet business and client needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
