Job summary

JLL is expanding and has a new role for a Data Centre Cluster Manager. Reporting to the Account Director, you will lead and develop an agreed portfolio of DC facilities, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and, where practicable, exceeded, while supporting retention and growth.

You will oversee service delivery, P&L, budget, QHSE, regulatory compliance, people management, operations, and business development, with site visits and regular reviews across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications / experience.
• Minimum of 5 years data centre operations experience related to FM service delivery.
• Experience with DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems.
• Financial budgeting / P&L management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to a defined portfolio, ensuring contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for strategic development to deliver increased revenue and profitability and renew contracts.
• Ensure optimum staffing structures across the region, balancing cost with service excellence and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain governance regimes to meet regulatory, policy and contractual commitments and ensure JLL DC Business model compliance.
• Attend sites regularly and deputise for the Account Director when necessary.
• Maintain customer focus across operations with regular reviews at various levels.
