Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with extensive finance management experience.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial controls, statutory reporting and audits.
• Knowledge of process improvement and financial systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and report findings to senior management.
• Maintain financial controls, oversee reconciliations, and coordinate external audits.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimise manufacturing costs and inventory management.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury activities and working capital management.
• Lead, develop and motivate the finance team to achieve high performance.
• Implement process efficiencies and support digital transformation projects within finance.
