Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial management within a similar environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and sound knowledge of accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of quarterly management accounts.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and advisors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance standards.
• Support strategic decision-making with insightful financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate cashflow management and supplier payments.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
