Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong management accounting, forecasting and financial control experience, plus a hands-on SME mindset and interest in automation and AI-led improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong management accounting, forecasting and financial control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day finance function and own the month-end process.
• Produce management information, dashboards and commercial reporting.
• Improve data quality and accessibility across the business.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Analyse operating costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis.
• Review and automate finance processes using AI and technology.
• Build scalable systems and controls to support growth.
• Partner with senior leadership as the business grows.
