Job summary

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or approaching completion.
• Proven experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to interpret financial data and communicate insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial datasets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across the business.
• Ability to influence and support colleagues across functions.
• Proactive, well-organised and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Positive, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
• Produce accurate management information, financial reports and performance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse financial results, identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Support business decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.
• Present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Help develop and improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end activities.
