Job summary

Benjamin Edwards Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a collaborative finance team in Lincoln. You will provide financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive business performance through strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Ideal candidates hold ACA/ACCA/CIMA or are in the final stages, with prior FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance experience, and excellent communication to influence across departments.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or in final stages of qualification.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to influence and support colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
• Produce accurate management information, financial reports and performance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
