Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the subcontract and commercial delivery of complex Export EW programmes within the IMS sector. You will own procurement strategy, manage contractual changes, and drive robust supplier governance across an international supply chain.

The role focuses on strategic procurement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management for complex export programmes.
• Ability to lead procurement strategy across international supply chains.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a focus on risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Procurement strategy and associated Procurement Plan for Export EW programmes.
• Lead procurement aspects of tendering to ensure robustness of procurement elements.
• Administer a range of contracts through the full lifecycle, including changes and milestones.
• Negotiate and manage contract changes, ensuring governance and customer expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and multiple-source options.
